The Debt Settlement Process

Pre-Qualification

Pre-qualification starts the Debt Settlement process. There are three basic requirements to become our client.

1. You are at least 18 years of age
2. You have at least $10,000 in unsecured debt
3. You are a United States citizen

Examples of debt that can be settled:
• Major credit cards
• Department store cards
• Unsecured bank loans
• Medical bills
• Wireless phone bills
• Old utility bills

Debt that usually connot be settled:
• Morgages
• Student loans
• Auto loans if you still have the car
• Federal or State Taxes

The Debt Settlement Program

Once qualified, We will:

1. Work with you to get all necessary documentation in place including recent statements, etcetera.
2. Analyze your debt for prioritization purposes.
3. Contact each of your creditors individually to inform them of your intention to settle the debt and tell them that we are now representing you.
4. Negotiate with your creditors for the best available terms (this usually takes several call for each creditor)
5. Confirm with you
   • the amount to pay each month
   • how it is to be collected
   • and when
6. Pay off your creditors as agreed to in the debt negotiation process
   

   NOTE: It is important that your payments are colleced on time so we can pay your creditors on schedule.

7. Send you a summation package that proves your debts are completely settled and you will never have to deal with those debts again!
